Construction Safety

The Construction Method
Lapping
Corrugated tile series : lap two tile wave, roof tiles, wall panels, ceiling seriesallap a tile wave;
The length lapping (longitudinallapping) not less than 100 mm.
Fixing
Professional hook is recommended for fixing Roofing tiles, wall panels, ceiling series.
Wave tile series must be fixed with professional hook, self tapping nail is not allowed, special wooden peg for purlin.Each purlin, each tile should be installed with two sets of accessories, accessories must be fixed on the wave crest.
Longitudinal edges, fixed with accessories on the purline, reinforcement measures in windy areas is required.
When installing body panels, more than two nails for fixing between purlin in the two wall panels .
When installing house ridge tile hook, special rubber gasket below the tile, right instalation(not too tight) in case of heat bilgescold shrink when elastic moderation.
When installing the ridge roof , opposite sides tile and the ridge tile should be installed at the same time.
